PU grouting

PU grouting is a specialised technique that involves the injection of expanding polyurethane to stop any water flowing down or through cracks or to fill voids under slabs, concrete joints or behind concrete walls and joints.

This method is very useful and effective when used on the underside or negative side of the water seepage,  for example, from the underside of the leaking walls or the lower floor ceiling for issues involving upper and lower floor neighbours or in inter-floor water leakages. A pre-drilled hole will be prepared on the underside of the ceiling, and the PU grout will be injected using low/high pressure. The grout will then expand to fully fill up the void, crack or space that is caused by the water damage. This PU injection can be used for concrete cracks or expansion joints that are actively leaking.
